Lovely, deep ruby-garnet in colour. The nose shows cool climate spice, typical of the Sunbury region, but also with nice ripe plum and raspberry fruit notes. Palate is the classic medium weight showing concentrated black and red fruits, black cherry and baking spice, leading to savoury, leathery notes.

Aroma: Black and red fruits with savoury white pepper and briny olive aromatics
Palate: The palate shows concentrated black and red fruits, sweet and sour Davidson plum, black cherry with baking spice, leading to savoury, leathery notes. The fresh acidity cleans through the palate and holds the gentle ripe tannin in place, with a creamy elegant pastille fruit finish.
