Hand-picked fruit was chilled overnight before being crushed into the press. Some light skin contact for texture building. Post-pressing, the juice was partially cold-settled, with 66% racked fairly clear to a stainless-steel tank undergoing fermentation at 12–14°C for 19 days. The balance was transferred with almost full solids to two seasoned puncheons for fermentation. Both parcels were matured separately for 8 months before blending to tank. Bottled in January 2025.

"Astute, careful winemaking — honey and barley, pear and honeydew melon, with musk and slate characters." — 93 pts, Campbell Mattinson. "A wine of both substance and elegance."
