A classic Italian sparkling wine with lively bubbles, juicy pear and white peach bounce off a touch of blossom florals; lightly off-dry, balanced by bright citrus with a refreshing finish.

Winemaking & viticulture

Hand-picked Prosecco grapes were harvested and chilled overnight. Whole-bunch pressed for gentle extraction of flavour and texture, with only the free-run fraction taken. Cold-settled, with lightly cloudy juice racked for fermentation at 12–14 °C for 23 days. Matured on fine lees for 4 months prior to blending with 3% Pinot Meunier for colour and black-fruit complexity before undergoing the Charmat method of sparkling production.
