A delicate and precise single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Marnong Estate's most elevated block – lifted, floral and fine-boned with a purity that speaks to an exceptional site.
Appearance: Pale ruby with a delicate pink rim.
Aroma: Lifted floral and spice-driven aromatics with red cherry and subtle earthen notes.
Palate: Pure red cherry with talc-like tannins and crisp, persistent acidity.
Texture: Delicate and fine with an elegant, lingering finish.

Winemaking & viticulture
All hand-harvested, 100% Abel, with an average of 25% whole bunches used in fermentation. Cold-soaked for 5 days before allowing to warm and complete alcoholic fermentation, an average total of 19 days on skins. Pressed direct to cask and matured on lees for 8 months prior to blending.
