A light-bodied and exuberantly aromatic dry rosé – and a Gold Medal and Trophy winner at the Ballarat Wine Show.
Appearance: Pale salmon pink colour.
Aroma: Lifted guava, strawberries and cream with subtle wild herb notes.
Palate: Dry and savoury with wild herbs and cherry fruits, finishing clean and refreshing.
Texture: Light and lively with bright acidity and a crisp close.

Hand-picked grapes were harvested and chilled overnight. Whole-bunch pressed for gentle extraction of flavour, texture and a subtle salmon hue. Cold-settled, with lightly cloudy juice racked for fermentation at 12–14°C for 23 days. Matured on fine lees for 4 months prior to bottling.
