NV Prosecco Rose

A medium-bodied, fresh and expressive sparkling rosé – delicate, floral and made for warm-weather drinking.

Appearance: Pale pink with a soft copper-cherry hue.
Aroma: Delicate floral notes with cherry and pear fruit aromas.
Palate: Fresh orchard and raspberry fruits with bright, lively acidity.
Texture: Lively and frothy with a clean, energetic finish.

Prosecco grapes in perfect condition were harvested in the cool conditions of the morning. The fruit was whole-bunch pressed and the juice settled prior to fermentation.

Fermentation took place at moderately cool temperatures (13–15°C) in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal character. The wine was matured in tank for six months before undergoing secondary fermentation and bottling under pressure.
